Shared maternity care is a popular option of care for healthy women with a normal pregnancy. It means your pregnancy care is shared between the local hospital and your GP.
6 week checkup
6-week check-up and on-going support and education for new mothers. We believe that a 6-week examination is the start of a successful and lifelong health and wellbeing partnership between your GP, you and your baby. This partnership ensures that you as parents/as the mother leaves the consultation with increased competence and confidence in your parenting.
